Kylix Port Helper
Privacy PolicyLast updated: July 10, 2026
Kylix Port Helper ("the extension") is an internal tool used by authorized team members to read call session data from a configured internal workspace and export it into common file formats (TXT, CSV, Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
What data the extension accesses
The extension reads call-related data displayed on the configured internal workspace domain. This may include:
- Call metadata (e.g. call time, duration, disposition/status)
- Phone numbers associated with calls
- Agent identifiers associated with calls
The extension does not access any website other than the specific configured internal workspace domain it is designed for.
How the data is used
Data read by the extension is used for two purposes only:
- Local export: generating a downloadable file (TXT, CSV, or Excel) on the user's own device
- Backup storage: the data is also sent to our internal backend server, so that exported records are not lost if the browser session ends unexpectedly
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the extension's single purpose described above.
Data storage and retention
Data sent to our backend server is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for internal operational purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Your choices
This extension is intended for internal use by authorized personnel only. Users who no longer wish to use the extension may uninstall it at any time via their browser's extension settings.
